Most women who walk through our doors already know the basics:
Move your body. Eat nutritious foods. Drink water. Get enough sleep.
The problem usually isn't knowing what to do.
It's figuring out why doing it consistently feels so hard.
Maybe you're taking care of everyone else and there's nothing left for you.
Maybe your schedule changes every week.
Maybe you've tried so many plans that you don't even know what to believe anymore.
Maybe you're exhausted.
Maybe you're doing all the things and still don't feel like yourself.
Or maybe you keep telling yourself...
"I know what to do. I just need to DO IT."
But what if you don't need to try harder?
What if you need a different starting point?
That's what we uncover in your Triumph Breakthrough.
MOVE

How are you moving?
We look at your current activity, strength, energy, what you enjoy, what's getting in the way, and what type of movement realistically fits your life.
FUEL

How are you fueling?
We look at your eating patterns, protein, energy, hunger, habits and where nutrition may feel confusing or overwhelming.
RECOVER

How are you recovering?
We look at sleep, stress, energy, rest and whether your body has enough opportunity to recover from everything you're asking of it.
GROW

How are you showing up for yourself?
We look at mindset, identity, confidence, patterns and the beliefs that may be keeping you in the cycle of starting, stopping and starting again.

01/
WE LISTEN
We start with you—what's working, what's frustrating you, what you've tried, and what life actually looks like right now.
02/
WE LOOK AT THE WHOLE PICTURE
We look at your movement, nutrition, recovery, mindset and lifestyle together—because what’s getting in the way may not be what you think.
03/
WE FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
Instead of trying to change everything, we'll identify the one or two areas that could make the biggest difference right now.
04/
YOU LEAVE WITH A NEXT STEP
You'll walk away with personalized recommendations and clarity around what makes sense for you moving forward.
✓ You know what to do, but can't seem to stay consistent.
✓ You're doing “all the right things,” but still don't feel like yourself.
✓ You're overwhelmed by all the advice and don't know what your body actually needs.
✓ You're tired of starting over every Monday.
✓ Your energy, sleep, stress, hormones, or metabolism feel different than they used to.
✓ You don't need another generic plan. You need clarity on your next right step.
01/
CLARITY
Understand what may actually be getting in the way and where your attention could make the biggest difference.
02/
YOUR STARTING POINT
Get personalized recommendations based on your goals, patterns, lifestyle, and the season of life you're in.
03/
A CLEAR NEXT STEP
Leave knowing what to focus on first—without feeling like you need to change everything at once.

01/
SHE THOUGHT SHE NEEDED MORE DISCIPLINE.
Her breakthrough: She wasn't lacking motivation. She was navigating decision fatigue and trying to make a plan fit a season of life that didn't have room for it.
Her next step: Start with two realistic workouts a week and understand how she's currently fueling before changing everything.

02/
SHE WAS TRYING TO FIX EVERYTHING AT ONCE.
Her breakthrough: More rules weren't the answer. We identified the patterns keeping her stuck and narrowed her focus to what actually mattered right now.
Her next step: Stop chasing perfect. Build consistency around a few actions she could repeat even when life didn't go according to plan.

03/
SHE WAS DOING “ALL THE RIGHT THINGS.”
Her breakthrough: Progress wasn't about pushing harder. It was about looking at food, movement, stress, recovery and the way she was talking to herself together.
Her next step: Create simple anchors around protein, movement and preparation while learning how to catch the all-or-nothing thinking before it takes over.

MEET JENNIFER
You don't need someone
to tell you try harder.
I know what it feels like to know all the “right” things and still realize something isn't working.
I've spent years helping women with movement, nutrition and behavior change. But one thing became very clear:
Most women don't need someone else telling them to try harder.
They need someone willing to listen, look at the whole picture, and help them understand what actually makes sense for their body, their life and the season they're in.
That's why I created the Triumph Breakthrough.
It's about sitting down together, getting curious about what's really going on, and finding a starting point that feels doable for you.

Not at all. The Triumph Breakthrough is designed to be a starting point. You don't need to already be working out with us, following a nutrition plan, or even know exactly what kind of support you need.
We talk. We listen. And we look at the whole picture—your movement, nutrition, recovery, mindset, lifestyle, goals and what's actually happening in your life right now. Together, we'll identify where you may need support most and what makes sense to focus on first.
Just you. If you have recent labs, food logs, body-composition information or anything else you think could help us understand the bigger picture, you're welcome to bring it—but none of it is required.
No. That's what makes the Breakthrough different. We look at your MOVE, FUEL, RECOVER and GROW pillars together because what's keeping you stuck may not be the thing you think it is.
You'll leave with clarity around your starting point and personalized recommendations for what to do next. If there's a way TRIUMPH can support that next step, we'll show you what that could look like. There's no pressure to commit to anything that day.
Then this may be exactly the conversation you need. You don't have to walk in knowing the answer.
You just have to know you're ready for something to feel different.
You don't have to know exactly where you're going. You just need a place to start.
