Jennifer Maraist helps women stop fighting their bodies and start fueling them with intention. She doesn’t teach diets — she teaches structure.
As a macro-focused nutrition coach, wellness entrepreneur, and founder of Align Lab, Jennifer combines science-backed macro strategy with behavioral coaching to help high-achieving women stabilize their energy, support their hormones, and finally break the cycle of all-or-nothing living. Her work bridges metabolism and mindset — increasing protein, creating clarity around food, and rebuilding self-trust so progress feels empowering and aligned instead of exhausting.
Because when women fuel their bodies with intention and align their habits with who they’re becoming, confidence rises, consistency strengthens, and progress finally feels sustainable. It is not perfection, BUT alignment.
